Ballet Foundation: Series 10

This is 10 hours of Ballet. You learn the foundations of Ballet Vocab, Porta Bras, Positions of the Feet, Stage Direction, and various daily workout routines!
Restore Series 10: (2) Modality, (2) Yoga, (2)Cardio, (2) Pilates (Mixed)

This is 10 hours of restorative movement. It is paired uniquely with the Ballet Foundations S10 Class Pass. However, it is also just a great way to enjoy the studio and sneak some extra steps into your week! These 10 hours are a mix of Pilates, modality, Zumba, and Yoga.
Intermediate & Performer Level
Prerequisites are the Beginner Series 10 and must be enrolled in the Tengo Classes at 509.

Duet means two! These offerings are a customized set of private sessions made for any type of couple! In these classes, we work on the techniques required of partners. We help you both synchronize and complement each other. We find teamwork and bonding between learning, practice, and intentional time built for two!
